Believe it or not the longest part is the council approval process, but we have private building certifiers who can streamline this process. It used to take 4-6 weeks, but now it can be done in a few days depending on your zoning, easements, and size of your property. Once we have the approval, the excavation process to level your yard takes one day, then the pool installation takes another day or two. After which the fencing only takes a day, so the whole process should take no longer than a week.
